One on One - Personal Training




One on one is an opportunity for us to get up-close and personal. I'm interested in what will benefit you, how we can build an all-encompassing practice to support the life and work that you do or want to do. To give you the tools to keep on going, no matter how you or the world around you is feeling.


When we practice together, it's about opening up a path of discovery for you. Adapting movements and  breathing techniques, layering in meditation and visualisations to create something unique, which ultimately embraces who you are, where you are, and what you're looking for. 


Using my knowlege and experience, and my ability to "read" bodies, we explore what supports your story, your body and your soul. Meeting your needs is of paramount importance to me. Potentiating the body and soul that will become your tomorrows is why I do this.
